Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policies
Xavier University complies with all federal, state, and municipal laws including those that regulate the illegal possessions, use, distribute or sale of drugs and the illegal possession, use, and sale of alcoholic beverages. The Program for Alcohol and Drug Education at Xavier (P.A.D.E.X.) has established official standards and apposite sanctions for students and employees which are detailed in Xavier's Alcohol and Drug Policy. The University Police will fully cooperate in both criminal and institutional investigations involving violations of these laws.
