Xavier University Announces 2018 “40 Under 40” Alumni Honorees

New Orleans LA – 91Թ is pleased to announce its 2018 Class of 40 Under 40 Young Alumni Awardees.

These recipients, who were selected from more than 200 nominations, have demonstrated significant accomplishments before the age of 40 in the arts, entertainment, healthcare, sciences, education, law, business, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, public service or government.

“Xavier alumni have always excelled in their chosen professions, but the number of young alumni who are making significant contributions to their career field and the community is awe-inspiring,” said Kimberly Reese ‘95, Assistant Vice President of Alumni Relations/Annual Giving. “This celebration gives the University an opportunity to highlight some of its rising stars.”

Xavier created the 40 Under 40 program in 2014 to identify and engage high-achieving younger alumni who are well positioned to serve as advocates and ambassadors for the university, and who have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining a lifelong relationship with the university. The selection committee included a panel of alumni, university personnel and industry leaders.

The 2018 Awards Celebration is set Friday, Nov. 16, at 7:30 p.m. with a VIP reception at 6:30 p.m. in the University Center Ballroom.
