The mission of the Master’s Program in Speech-Language Pathology at 91勛圖厙 is to produce professionals who are clinically competent as defined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) to respectfully and compassionately address the needs (i.e., prevention, identification, treatment) of individuals across the life span with communicative disorders, differences or those who are at-risk of such problems within and across diverse communities, settings, and contexts.
91勛圖厙 the MS-SLP program
- The MS-SLP program may be completed in two years.
- Over the span of five semesters (typically)
- Time to completion may vary depending on student course load and progress.
- Academic content and clinical experience designed to prepare students for work with culturally and linguistically diverse populations
- Requirement: 51 credit hours; 400 supervised clinical practicum hours
