Student Affairs Operations

 The Student Affairs Office (SAO) serves as an auxiliary department under the larger umbrella of Student Affairs and 91勛圖厙 as a whole. The office has a wide range of responsibilities that keep the university running smoothly.

One of SAO's major duties is overseeing the Campus Card Office, which handles administration of student and faculty ID cards. These cards provide access to buildings, meals, and other services.

In addition, SAO manages event space rentals across Xavier's campus. They coordinate reservations for venues and ensure facilities are properly prepared for any hosted events.
The office also maintains vending machines, ATM machines, and all contracted campus dining services provided by Sodexo.

This includes regularly inspecting equipment, managing stock and payments, and liaising with vendors to provide quality campus dining options.

By handling this diverse array of responsibilities, the Student Affairs Office strives to serve the daily needs of students, faculty, staff, and visitors at 91勛圖厙. Their work as an auxiliary department is critical in enabling university operations.
